FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method to produce a binder, including grinding of calcium-containing and silicon-containing source raw materials, their submersion into baths with liquids and thorough mixing with liquid to make homogeneous sludge, correction of raw mixture to the specified chemical composition, drying of the binder and its grinding into thin powder, a liquid used for mixing is an acid solution with hydrogen index pH of not more than 3, and an alkaline solution with hydrogen index pH of at least 9, after grinding a part of calcium-containing source raw materials and a part of silicon-containing source raw materials are submerged separately into baths with acid solution, and other parts of calcium-containing and silicon-containing source raw materials are submerged separately into baths with alkaline solution, and after mixing the content of the baths is soaked for at least 6 hours, after soaking in acid and alkaline solutions the produced raw mixtures are mixed together to make a homogeneous mass in amounts that provide medium pH of at least 7.5, then the produced mass is dried and ground. ^ EFFECT: reduction of power inputs due to elimination of baking and expansion of application area. ^ 7 cl |
