PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifungal composition having increased antifungal effect of a drug and having high therapeutic effect, and an antifungal composition for treatment of trichophytosis.SOLUTION: There are provided the antifungal composition containing a benzylamine-based antifungal agent and chlorobutanol antimicrobial agent, and the antifungal composition for treatment of trichophytosis. The benzylamine-based antifungal agent is preferably butenafine or its salt. Antifungal activity is remarkably increased by compounding chlorobutanol to the benzylamine-based antifungal agent which is an antifungal agent having excellent retentivity in horny layer, affinity to horny layer and antimicrobial activity. |
