PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a microneedle sheet where a drug is concentrated on a tip part (inserting part).SOLUTION: In a cone-shaped concave part 7 extending and tapering for a first predetermined length from a first surface St of a stamper 6 toward a second surface Sb opposite to the first surface St, a first microneedle material 21 is filled. A first microneedle material 21 filled in the concave part 7 is dried under an environment of predetermined relative humidity of ≥60% and ≤99%, and a needle tip layer 25b extending for only a second predetermined length shorter than the first predetermined length is formed. A second microneedle material 24 is filled on the needle tip layer 25b, and the filled second microneedle material 24 is dried, so as to form a sheet substrate 27 continuing to the needle tip layer 25b. |
