PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction plan preparation device and a program for preparing a construction plan to reliably complete the work by the deadline with high work efficiency.SOLUTION: A CPU 10A determines the number of workers for each type of the work by repeating the following processes until the total work time meets the deadline: deriving work start waiting time for each work type when a plurality of types of works are implemented and the total work time required for completing all the works, based on standard work time information showing standard work time for each work type; and deriving the work start waiting time and the total work time again by increasing by one the worker for a work to be implemented before the work whose work start waiting time is the longest when the total work time does not meets the deadline, according to an implementation order to be indicated by a work order definition table showing the implementation order of each work created so that the plurality of types of works are implemented without contradiction in the sequence of the works, while one worker is assigned to one work type. |
