PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shape measuring apparatus that can easily measure the shape of a gear over the entire gear.SOLUTION: The gear shape measuring apparatus includes: a support table 3 adapted to support a test gear 1 to be rotatably driven about a first rotation axis X1; a gauge gear 2 being rotatable about a second rotation axis X2 while engaging with the test gear 1; an inter-axis angle setting part 9 for adjusting and setting a relative inclination angle between the first rotation axis X1 and the second rotation axis X2, and allowing a distance between the first rotation axis X1 and the second rotation axis X2 to be changed; a biasing member 15 biasing the gauge gear 2 against the test gear 1; a center-to-center distance measuring part 17 measuring the distance between the first rotation axis X1 and the second rotation axis X2, and a measurement data processing part 19 processing a measurement data. |
