PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system, a business management device, a mail distribution device, a mail distribution method and a program for automatically and efficiently performing assignment of business even when businesses requested in electronic mail are assigned, and then the reassignment of those businesses becomes necessary.SOLUTION: A business management system 30 includes: a mail management device 10 selecting, when receiving electronic mail in which businesses are described, a corresponding personnel necessary who is made to perform a business according to a selection rule 17; and a mail distribution device 20 transmitting the electronic mail to the mail address of the selected corresponding personnel necessary, and notifying, when business entrustment notification is transmitted from the corresponding personnel necessary, the mail management device 10 of the result. The mail distribution device 20 embeds, when transmitting the electronic mail to the mail address of the corresponding personnel necessary, a hyper link, and makes the mail management device 10 reperform the selection of the corresponding personnel necessary, when the hyper link is selected after the business entrustment notification is transmitted from the corresponding personnel necessary. |
