PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercoat agent excellent in adhesiveness with an inorganic thin film layer and a plastic substrate, preventing an inorganic thin film from causing whitening, interference fringes or crack even at high temperature or under high temperature molding conditions, to provide a plastic film with an inorganic thin film using the undercoat agent, and to provide a decoration film for in-mold forming and a decoration film for insert molding, using the plastic film as a member.SOLUTION: The undercoat agent for a plastic with an inorganic thin film contains polyethylene imine (A), a water-soluble polyepoxy compound (B) and an organic solvent (C). The plastic film with the inorganic thin film using the undercoat agent is also provided. |
