PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistant floating body increasing a restoring force of a floating body of a tension-mooring floating body system, and satisfactorily assisting when works of towing, installing, maintaining and inspecting, removing, and the like of the floating body are carried out, and to provide a method of towing the floating body using the assistant floating body and a method of installing the floating body using the assistant floating body.SOLUTION: The tension-mooring floating body system includes, the floating body 12 for supporting an upper structure, a plurality of tension mooring ropes 13, and a water-bottomed member 14 for fixation. The floating body 12 has a central column-like body 12a, an underwater floating body 12b, above-surface connecting bodies 12c, and above-surface mooring parts 12d. The assistant floating body 20 for assisting the works of towing, installing, maintaining and inspecting, removing, and the like of the floating body 12 has a buoyant force equal to or more than its own weight, and a restoring force from the inclined state with respect to the vertical direction. The assistant floating body 20 is temporarily engaged with a part of the floating body 12 and separated from it after the works above. |
