PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impairment of image resolution caused by oblique incidence of radiation into a radiation image detector.SOLUTION: In the method for acquiring a radiation image in which an image signal is outputted by receiving radiation transmitting a subject, binning reading to add and read charge signals of a plurality of pixels is performed, and the smaller the range of incident angles of radiation into the radiation image detector is, the larger the number of pixels to be added in the binning reading is increased. A three-dimensional reconstruction image of the subject is generated by revolving the radiation image detector around the subject. |
