<p>A wire mesh cable duct has a mesh tray clamped to a support. The clamp comprises a clamp wire wound along a plurality of windings, with first and second ends of the clamp wire extending from the windings. The windings are coupled to the mesh wire on mutually opposite sides of the support. The support is clamped between the windings and the mesh wire. In this way supports with different shaped and thicknesses can reliably be handled by the same type of clamp. Preferably the clamp has a W shape, seen along the axis around which the wires are wound, with the windings at the middle top of the W pressing against the support and left and right top of the W hooked to a wire of the mesh tray. The lower points of the W are formed by bends. In this way the risk of interference with the support is minimized.</p> |
