Fitted on a rear wall, side wall or ceiling of a cooking space, a steam-tight window has a ceramic glass hob and a radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna attached/pressed onto the window. Several RFID antennas are also available to act as insert surface areas. A mechanical switch fits on the rear wall or side wall of a cooking space. There is an optical and/or acoustic display device for the cooked items, their insertion and preferably their position. An independent claim is also included for a marker for cooked items with a coding.
