PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a steamer by reducing the limitation on cooking materials by the height of a container.SOLUTION: The steamer includes a steamer lower container 2; a lower steaming plate 3 to be placed on an upper portion of the lower container 2, the steaming plate having a plurality of lower steaming plate steam passing holes 11; a steamer upper container 4 to be stacked and placed on an upper portion of the lower container 2; an upper steaming plate to be placed on the upper container 4, the upper steaming plate having a plurality of upper steaming plate steam passing holes 12; a steamer lower container lid 6 to be placed on the lower container 2; and a steamer upper container lid 7 to be placed on the upper container 4. The upper container 4 includes an opening 8 and a flange portion 9 forming the periphery of the opening 8 at the bottom. The lower surface periphery of the upper steaming plate 5 is held by the upper surface of the flange portion 9, and the upper steaming plate 5 is detachable. |
