<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting device supporting base which can securely support a blood collecting device and enables the sure execution of blood collecting with the blood collecting device. <P>SOLUTION: The blood collecting device supporting base 100 supports the blood collecting device 1 having a tube 97 to one end of which a blood collecting needle is connected, a tube 91 branched from the tube 97 via an branching connecter 92, and a bag 20 arranged in the tube 91 and storing blood.
