Fitting device has a control lever (16) forms a two-armed lever with a first lever arm (19) running between the body side control lever axis (17) and the flap side control lever axis (18) with a second lever arm (20) running between the body side control lever axis and a bearing shaft (21). The lever arrangement contains an intermediate lever (22). An intermediate lever is connected, on one hand, with control lever jointed by bearing shift and, on other hand, connected by a guiding axle with a pivoted support element loaded by spring force exerted from a spring device (24). The bearing shaft is pivoted to shift the second lever arm along a first guide way (26) arranged at the control lever and a guiding element (27) of the intermediate lever arranged with a distance to the bearing shaft along a second guide way (28) that is arranged at body side sitting part (8), so that the bearing shaft is shifted along the first guide way by swiveling the flap (2) and the guiding element is shifted along the second guide way in such a way that by swiveling the flap the load moment exerted from this flap onto the control lever and the support moment exerted by the spring force by the supporting element (25) and by the intermediate lever on the control lever are shifted in a same manner to hold the flap.
