PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection system which can easily and reliably restore setting information when having replaced devices in the connection system, and to provide a method and a program for managing the setting information of the connection system.SOLUTION: The connection system 1 includes a POS terminal 2 and one or more sub devices. The POS terminal 2 includes a main device storage part 61 for storing the setting information of its own device and the setting information of the one or more sub devices, and a main device transmission/reception part 63 for transmitting the setting information to a new sub device newly connected. Each of the sub devices includes a sub device storage part 64 for storing the setting information of its own device and the setting information of the main device, and a sub device transmission/reception part 65 for transmitting the setting information to the new main device newly connected. |
