PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processing device that perform electronic hand shake correction with high precision using small memory capacity.SOLUTION: The image processing method includes storing, in a frame memory 6, images 1 and 2 which are continuously taken, cutting respectively an image as an image for correction from a plurality of reference areas of the images 1 and 2 stored in the frame memory 6, calculating such a hand shake correction amount that the images 1 and 2 overlap with high accuracy with the use of images for correction of the plurality of images 1 and 2 and correcting the image 1 with the calculated hand shake correction amount, writing the corrected image 1 over the image 1 stored in the frame memory 6, composing the corrected images 1 and 2 to generate a composite image, and writing the composite image over the image 2 stored in the frame memory 6. |
