PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower improved in air blowing efficiency by smoothly connecting an air flow at an upstream side guide vane and an air flow at a downstream side guide vane and very simply changing the structure of an existing member.SOLUTION: This electric blower 8 includes a straightening plate body 89 having, at the outer peripheral edge, cutouts 103 each of which allows a guide air passage 97 and a flowing air passage 98 nearest to each other to communicate with each other and recesses 101 each of which comprises a projection generally overlapped with the cutout 103 when viewed in the direction of the rotating axis C of a rotating shaft 48 and a deflection surface 102 which faces the guide air passage 97 and directs the flow of the air discharged from the guide air passage 97 toward the flowing air passage 98. |
