PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting formation and/or level of wrinkles around the eye or mouth in the future.SOLUTION: According to the method for predicting formation and/or level of wrinkles in the corner of a user's eye, the lower eyelid, or a line between the nose and the lip in the future, an ultrasonic B mode image near a boundary between a forehead part and a cheekbone part of a face, near a boundary between an eyelid part and an eye socket part, or near a boundary between a lip part and a cheek part is picked up, a subcutaneous tissue part in the obtained image is divided into the forehead part side and the cheekbone part side along the boundary between the forehead part and the cheekbone part, the eyelid part side and the eye socket part side along the boundary between the eyelid part and the eye socket part, or the lip part side and the cheek part side along the boundary between the lip part and the cheek part, and then luminance of the subcutaneous tissue corresponding to the cheekbone part side, the eye socket part side, or the cheek part side is measured. |
