PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for carrying out enzymatic and/or molecular biological reactions and method for amplifying nucleic acid and process for filling.SOLUTION: The device for carrying out enzymatic and/or molecular biological reactions which needs at least two different incubation temperatures includes a primer previously distributed in reaction chambers specific to the target sequence to be amplified, a tank storing the sample of analysis object nucleic acid, a fluid consisting of reagents needed for polymerase chain amplification reaction excluding the primer and a plate for heating including three separated zones which can be heated to three different temperatures corresponding to three stages of polymerase chain amplification cycle. |
