PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a scandia-stabilized zirconia sheet for a solid oxide fuel cell, capable of reducing remaining pores in the sheet.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a scandia-stabilized zirconia sheet for a solid oxide fuel cell includes a process of adjusting slurry by mixing a slurry raw material containing a scandia-stabilized zirconia powder, a solvent and a binder, a process of making a green sheet by coating the obtained slurry into a sheet shape by tape casting method and drying it, and a process of burning the formed green sheet, with the use of the scandia-stabilized zirconia powder with 90% by volume diameter (D) of 0.3 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less, and with a ratio (D/D) of 90% by volume diameter (D) to a 50% by volume diameter (D) of 1.2 or more and 2.1 or less. |
