PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer storage container which can loosen and supply aggregated developer even when the developer stored in a developer storage unit is made into an aggregated state due to vibration during conveying and to provide a developing device, an image forming unit and an image forming apparatus using the developer storage container.SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a developer storage unit 81 storing the developer; a conveying member 79 rotatably disposed in the developer storage unit 81 and conveying the developer stored in the developer storage unit 81 to an outlet; and an elastic member 80 having an upper end portion 131 side fixed to the inside of the developer storage unit 81, the member 80 in which a lower end portion 132 which is a swingable free end is disposed in the conveying direction above the conveying member and the member 80 having only part of the lower end portion 132 in the conveying direction elastically deformed by abutting with the conveying member 79 which is rotated and driven.
