An LTE base station (1) determines whether or not the timing has arrived for setting logical areas. If the timing for setting logical areas has arrived, the LTE base station (1) acquires the uplink traffic volume and the downlink traffic volume in the wireless communication between two wireless terminals (2). In the logical area corresponding to one PDCCH, the LTE base station (1) sets a dedicated uplink logical area, a dedicated downlink logical area, and a common logical area on the basis of the acquired uplink traffic volume and downlink traffic volume. |
