PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine that can give more information than predicted of a ready-to-win to a game player with respect to a symbol game in addition to the function of making the game player hold more interest and keeping the interest in the display indicating the hold.SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes an image display unit that displays a holding image informing the game player of the holding status of a prize-winning ball. The pinball game machine further includes: a game board where hit game balls flow down; a start pocket, provided on the game board, for the game ball to enter; a prize win detector that detects the game ball having entered a start pocket to issue a detected signal; an operator that issues an operation signal based on player's operation; and a controller that decides whether the detected signal is held or not whenever it is received, displays the held image on an image display unit when the detected signal is held, and changes a changeable held image to a changed image when the operation signal is received. |
