COSMETIC APPLIANCE INCREASING SKIN SURFACE MOISTURE CONTENT AND IMPROVING DERMIS MOISTURE HOLDING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method increasing a skin surface moisture content and improving dermis moisture holding function to improve skin elasticity without generating steam or mist, and to provide a cosmetic appliance feeding moisture to the skin.SOLUTION: Positive and negative ions generated by using an ion generating means 6 are put on a low-speed air flow from a blower 7 to be radiated to a user. By increasing the concentration of the ions radiated to the skin surface to a predetermined value or more, water generated by reaction of the positive and negative ions gives moistness to the skin and improves skin elasticity. When discharging the ions supplied from the ion generating means 6 from a blow-out port 61, the blowing speed is controlled to be kept low while increasing the ion concentration.
