PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenolic resin molding material which makes compatible both mechanical strength and impact property.SOLUTION: The phenolic resin molding material includes: a phenoxy-modified novolak phenol resin which is modified by a phenoxy resin having a bisphenol F skeleton; and a filler. The phenolic resin molding material contains 10 to 40 wt.% of the phenoxy-modified novolak phenol resin, and 30 to 85 wt.% of the filler, based on the whole amount of molding material. Flexibility and adhesion, which are the properties of the phenoxy resin having the bisphenol F skeleton, are given by modification. Mechanical strength and impact property of the phenolic resin molding material can be simultaneously obtained. |
