<p>Disclosed is a control device for an elevator, whereby it is possible to let passengers off at an appropriate floor after the elevator is brought to an emergency stop on the occurrence of a predetermined disaster such that the passengers can be evacuated to the outside as easily as possible. The control device comprises a disaster detecting device that detects a predetermined disaster that occurred in a building; a travel control device that brings the car of the elevator to an emergency stop on the basis of predetermined stop conditions when a disaster is detected by the disaster detecting device; and an evacuation-floor determining device that sets a priority to each floor to which the car can travel legally and physically and that determines an evacuation floor on the basis of the set priorities when the car is brought to an emergency stop by the travel control device. Herein, the priorities indicate easiness of evacuation of the passengers after the passengers get off the car. After bringing the car to an emergency stop on the basis of the stop conditions, the travel control device causes the car to travel to the evacuation floor determined by the evacuation-floor determining device.</p> |
