PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin composition in which silica particles are sufficiently dispersed, and a method for producing the silicone resin composition.SOLUTION: The silicone resin composition can be obtained by mixing modified silica particles, which are silica particles having unsaturated hydrocarbon groups on the surface, with a silicone resin with introduced Si-H group-containing functional groups to disperse the modified silica particles in the silicone resin, and reacting at least a part of the Si-H groups in the silicone resin with at least a part of the unsaturated hydrocarbon groups in the modified silica particles. |
