Novelty: self-ventilating pergola. Constitution: the supporting framework comprising the necessary columns set at the periphery of the covered space, beams for the peripheral connection of the columns and beams 4 supporting the ceiling of the pergola, which ceiling is composed of standardized arrays of louvers 1 fixed on an array of connecting means 2 calked on the beams 4. Each louver 1 is a planar lamella made of polycarbonic sheet or aluminium sheet the planar surface 1a of which has its distal ends bent to form a pair of similarly- or inversely-bent hook-like edges (1b, 1c). Each connecting element 2 is composed of the planar base 2a and similar parallel-disposed lateral flanges (2b, 2c) ending with the terminations (2b, 2c) forming recesses 5 wherein there are hooked and adapted by snap-action during the assembly of the pergola the hook-like edges (1b, 1c) of the louvers 1. The morphology of the connecting means 2 enables the free circulation of air and, thereby, the self-ventilation of the space covered by the pergola. |
