<p>The method involves discharging evaporated fuel from a fuel tank (10) with overpressure against environment by a ventilation unit (14), and feeding the fuel to the intermediate storage (18) for a substance of a vaporized fuel. The ventilation unit is controlled in dependence upon a parameter that is different from pressure, or information available in form of data. Storage state of the intermediate storage is reproduced by the parameter and the information. The ventilation unit is controlled in dependence upon an actual value for a combustion air ratio. An independent claim is also included for a fuel tank system with a fuel tank.</p> |
