PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control system that prevents a value of a current flowing through parallel modules in an assembled battery from exceeding an allowable current value.SOLUTION: The battery pack has an assembled battery formed by connecting a plurality of battery modules in parallel to output currents, the battery modules each comprising a plurality of secondary batteries connected in series, and a battery management unit for calculating allowable current values of the currents. The battery management unit calculates first allowable current values of the battery modules, and calculates second allowable current values of the other battery modules on the basis of the first allowable current value of one of the battery modules. When the second allowable current values are less than or equal to the first allowable current values of the corresponding battery modules, the value corresponding to the sum of the first allowable current value and each of the second allowable current values is set as an allowable current value. Then, the value corresponding to the sum is transmitted externally. |
