PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a battery device and a battery state monitoring circuit that detects a voltage and abnormality of a secondary battery, has a built-in temperature sensor circuit, and carries out protection against overheating, if charging is carried out for the secondary battery which is in an extremely low voltage state, the temperature sensor circuit cannot operate, so that an overheating protection function does not work.SOLUTION: When a charger is connected when a secondary battery is in an extremely low voltage state, a charge control FET is controlled so that a given voltage appears between output terminals. In this manner, an operating voltage of a temperature sensor circuit is secured to cause an overheating protection function to work. |
