PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a power transmission line without being exposed to final effluent.SOLUTION: A gate is provided with a hollow power transmission line pulling-out member 12 pulling the power transmission line 22 connected to a hydraulic power generator 11 from the inside of a water passage 1 to the outside of the water passage 1 via a supporting device 8. As a result, by using a hollow supporting shaft of the supporting device 8 as the hollow power transmission line pulling-out member 12 which is also used as a torque tube 12, the power transmission line 22 can be pulled out of the inside of the water passage 1 to the outside of the same via the supporting device 8 without being exposed to the final effluent and without using a separate member.
