PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet which combines performance as the protective sheet (particularly a protective masking sheet during plating) with work efficiency at high level.SOLUTION: The protective sheet includes a substrate and an adhesive layer provided on one side of the substrate. The adhesive layer is formed of an acrylic adhesive composition including a crosslinking agent and a crosslinking accelerator. The sum Dof the flexural rigidity Dof the protective sheet at 80°C in an MD (Machine Direction) and the flexural rigidity Dof the protective sheet at 80°C in a TD (Transverse Direction) is 0.1×10to 1.2×10Pa m. The adhesive layer has the storage modulus G' of 0.230×10to 10×10Pa when measured at 1 Hz frequency at 100°C.
