PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation dose measuring device three-dimensionally operating over a wide range within a phantom, capable of accurately reproducing the motion more similar to the motion of a human body and allowing a detection part to be easily changed.SOLUTION: The radiation dose measuring device 10 three-dimensionally operating over a wide range within a phantom includes: a device body 12 disposed on the rear side of the phantom 3 on a bed 2 of a radiotherapy apparatus 1; a first driving mechanism 18 for moving a first base supported to the device body 12 in the lateral direction; a second driving mechanism 24 for moving a second base supported to the first base in the vertical direction; a third driving mechanism 30 for moving a third base supported to the second base in the longitudinal direction; a cylindrical guide member 32 whose rear end is supported to the third base and slidably held by a slide-holding member and whose front end can project into the phantom 3; and the detection part 38 attached to the front end of a support rod detachably inserted into the guide member 32 for measuring the radiation dose. |
