Polyvinyl chloride is plasticized with a compound of the formula <FORM:0621681/IV (a)/1> where X and X1 are halogens and R and R1 are hydrogen or aliphatic substituents, n being an integer, 4,41-dichlorodibenzyl, tetrachlorodibenzyl and chlorination products of mono-and di-methyl-dibenzyls are specified. Aryl phosphates such as tricresyl phosphate may also be added. |
