PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover shield for incorporation that easily and securely suppress radiation of electromagnetic wave noise, and improve incorporation properties, a shield structure, and a method of mounting the cover shield for incorporation.SOLUTION: The shield structure comprises a mounting shield which is composed of a conductor, has both surfaces made open, and is surrounded with side faces perpendicular to the openings, and the cover shield for incorporation which is composed of an elastic conductor and constituted such that a surface opposed to a top surface 10-1 is open, at least one of side faces relative to the top surface is perpendicular to the top surface, and the side face 12-1 opposed to the side face 11-1 perpendicular to the top surface between the side faces relative to the top surface is bent inward with respect to the top surface. |
