摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply determining an initial stabilized state of a gas sensor containing cerium oxide in a short time without using measuring target gas.SOLUTION: An AC impedance method is used in the method for determining the initial stabilized state of the responsive part in the gas sensor containing cerium oxide in its responsive part. The specific frequencies of at least two points are measured by intermittently changing frequency while applying AC voltage to calculate an actual resistance value and the actual resistance value of frequency at one specific point is set as a standard value, and the ratio of or a difference between the standard value and the actual resistance value of another frequency is set as a determined value, so that the initial stabilized state of the responsive part is determined on the basis of this determined value.
