The dishwasher (1) has a washing space (2) defined by a wall (3) and a door (4). A receiving space (6) is assigned to the wall or the door for receiving a cartridge (7) with a storage room for cleaning agents. The cartridge is movably provided with a leakage protection system blocking from supply of the cleaning agents in a blocking position. The protection system is displaced by an aperture unit when inserting the cartridge into a releasing position. The aperture unit is formed by mechanical moldings and arranged at a swivel flap, where the cartridge is inserted into the swivel flap.
