PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost environmental impact suitable for a region.SOLUTION: A calculation region input unit 1 inputs information indicating a calculation area that is a calculation target of environment cost designated through an input device. A quotation region selection part 2 selects a quotation region quoted for calculation of the calculation region, based on the assessment total of an region-classified environment correspondence degree stored, in an environment correspondence degree storage DB 12, and selects an environment cost, corresponding to the selected quotation region from region-classified environment cost stored in an environment cost DB 11. An environment cost complement part 3 determines the environment cost of the calculation region, based on the quotation region selected by the quotation region selection part 2 and the environment cost corresponding thereto. An environment cost display part 4 makes the environment cost of the calculation region determined by the environment cost complement part 3 display through a display device. |
