PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble, with less number of parts and less man-hours of assembling, a gas heating device including an inner case having a base tube part, a plurality of PTC elements disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the base tube part, an electrification member 75 formed by connecting one end of the terminal part to the ring-shaped collector part connected commonly to the plurality of electrode parts, and a tubular outer case 76 which holds the electrode parts 75a by the inner peripheral surface thereof.SOLUTION: The electrification member 75 is positioned and held in the inner case 73 while the terminal part 75c and a positioning pin 75d are inserted into insertion holes 81, 82 formed in the flange part 76a of the outer case 76, respectively. The outer surface side of the outer case 76 including a flange part 76a is covered by a mold part 85A made of a synthetic resin. The inner case in which the PTC elements are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the base tube part is fitted to an electrification part collector 77A comprising at least the electrification member 75, the outer case 76, and the mold part 85A. |
