PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode formation system for a solar cell and an electrode formation method for the solar cell, promoting an increase in productivity.SOLUTION: The system includes the screen printing step of mounting a metal mask 1 having a coating, a plurality of openings, and a bridge part intersecting with a longitudinal direction of a circuit pattern between respective openings on a surface of a base material 11 and supplying a paste to a surface of the metal mask 1 from a squeegee head 13 under a predetermined pressure while relatively bringing a squeegee 14 of a predetermined length into slide contact with an upper surface of the metal mask 1, and the baking step of performing baking in a state that the paste is mounted in a predetermined form to form the paste into the electrode. In the screen printing step, the squeegee head 13 is disposed relative to the metal mask 1 so that a longitudinal direction of the squeegee 14 runs along a direction orthogonal to an arranging direction of the respective openings and the bridge part, and the squeegee 14 moves relative to the metal mask 1 along the arranging direction of the respective openings and the bridge part. |
