<p>A light source and a method for providing a stabile emitting light are provided. The light source comprises an excitation light source (1), a drive module of the excitation light source (1), and a color adjusting apparatus (2) provided with one or more wavelength converting materials. The drive module comprises a data storage module. The method for providing a stabile emitting light comprises following steps: leading the light emitted from the excitation light source (1) to project on the color adjusting apparatus (2); controlling the movement of the color adjusting apparatus (2), so as to drive a predetermined area on a moving surface to periodically travel through a light projecting range in order; setting a compensation data of at least one period length in the drive module according to the moving period of the predetermined area; synchronously adjusting the power supply of the excitation light source (1) using the compensation data, so that the intensity of the emitting light of the light source can be maintained stability. The light source and the method for providing a stabile emitting light thereof achieve a light output with lower waving amplitude, at low cost.</p> |
