A rasp for treatment of bones contains steel working sheet with a notch or diamond working sheet with a holder. The holder is made autonomous and contains a body with the elements of its fastening to the engine or reducing gear located on one of ends. On an opposite end a plate contains the rider slat installed on two screws.
