A single pot-type universal joint has drive and driven u-joint yokes fixed on the drive and driven shafts, respectively, arranged with working surfaces in semi-round shape that go into coup[ling with gap to outer semi-cylindrical support surfaces of the ball socket, with possibility of angular displacement of those by angle α with respect to the ball socket in two normal to each other planes where the drive and the driven u-joint yokes are connected to the drive and the driven shafts with slip joint, with possibility of axial displacement of the drive and the driven shafts in the slip joint, with impossible axial displacement of u-joint yokes. It is equipped with a round ring, with possibility of interaction through round nuts turned in to round ring with ball socket through solids of revolution installed between the u-joint yokes, ball socket and round nuts to restrict tangent displacement of u-joint yokes. |
