A sleeve in which on the side cylindrical surface, at the middle of its height, radial through opening is provided, and long axis of inner cylindrical surface is displaced with respect to the long axis of the outer cylindrical surface by value of eccentricity. Radial through opening at the side cylindrical surface of the sleeve is arranged in such position that its axis is normal to circle formed with section of the inner cylindrical surface of the sleeve by plane that goes through the axis of radial through opening normally to long axles of the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of the sleeve and thickness of the wall of the sleeve measured at axis of the radial through opening is equal to, whereand- diameters of the outer and inner cylindrical surfaces of the sleeve, respectively,- eccentricity of the sleeve. |
