FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: water treatment station consists of a pump for feeding starting water 2, a set hollow-fibre ultrafilters 3, a concentrate outlet line 4 on which a regulating tap 5 and a normally closed check valve 6 are fitted in parallel, and a filtrate outlet line 7 connected through a normally open check valve 8 with a filtrate collection tank 9, a filtrate feed pump 10 whose delivery pipe is connected through a normally closed check valve 11 with the filtrate outlet line 7, a sorption filter 13, a sterilising device 14, a compression apparatus 15 connected by the main pipeline for feeding compressed air 17 through normally closed pneumatic valves 18 with the starting water inlet pipes of the ultrafilters, where each ultrafilter is connected to an air duct with a separately controlled pneumatic valve, and a pressure regulator 16 is fitted on the main pipeline for feeding compressed air. ^ EFFECT: high efficiency and low power consumption of the treatment process. ^ 1 dwg |
