The device (15) has a sliding case-box (1) permitting alternate movement of a movable indication panel (2) equipped with a fastener (4) that is connected to a padlock (6) with a secret code set by an owner. A case-box and padlock assembly is screwed firmly on a luggage at an interior part. A locking system is fixed on the indication panel to immobilize a visible/masked signal badge (7) based on requirements. An indication panel fixation system is constituted of a short strap made of leather/plastic and is connected to a hook (5). The fixation system is equipped with a metal wire. The hook is zipper(RTM: slide fastener).
