The device has a console (19) provided on a bottom wall of a container, where the device is adapted to guide in translation of a tray between an extracted position and an entered position. The console is engaged with the tray when the tray occupies its entered position. The tray comprises a bottom and a frame, where the tray is supported by a telescopic device including guide bars (17) that are integrated with the container and support slides (18) connected to the tray. The console is located in a joint plane with the plane containing bottom of the tray.
