The device has a needle (3) receiving a housing (1) with an outlet opening for the needle at one end of the device. The needle is moved between retracted position and piercing position, where the needle protrudes its head from the outlet opening in the piercing position. The needle is completely absorbed in the housing in the retracted position. The needle and an axis of movement are rectilinear to a support surface. The device is tensioned and/or triggered on a horizontal and flat surface without the need of outside resources.
