PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid detergent from remaining and to keep the feed performance.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a water supply valve 70 mounted on a support member 71; a liquid detergent automatic feeder 64 provided to the support member 71 and constituted of a detergent tank 77, an air pump 40 and a detergent receiving part 32 or the like; an open port 98 provided on the upper part of the detergent receiving part 32 and communicating with the detergent receiving part 32, the water supply valve 70 and the atmosphere; a detergent pouring hose 72 connected between the detergent receiving part 32 and an outer tub cover 65; and a control means 87 for controlling a series of processes. The control means 87 operates the air pump 40, supplies the liquid detergent inside the detergent tank 77 through the detergent receiving part 32 and the detergent pouring hose 72 into an outer tub 43, then operates the water supply valve 70, supplies water through the open port 98, the detergent receiving part 32 and the detergent pouring hose 72 into the outer tub 43, and washes the inside of the detergent receiving part 32 and the inside of the detergent pouring hose 72. Thus, gelling of the liquid detergent is prevented and predetermined performance is demonstrated. |
